What's the biggest difference between the plans?
Our Build package is priced higher because it includes hands-on support from our team. We help you implement BIM, review your design for potential clashes, and certify your BIM before it’s recorded on the blockchain—ensuring the integrity of your property’s digital twin.
What if my property doesn't have BIM or a digital twin?
Even if a property is already built and lacks asset data, our tools can still help by streamlining data extraction, accounting, appraisal, and reporting. Tokenization is also possible, though the digital asset may receive a lower rating due to limited asset details.
Can I switch plans?
While plan switching isn’t available, the Build plan decreases in price once your development is stabilized and BIM updates are no longer needed. This ensures long-term affordability for your project.
What is the Beacon plan?
All plans include basic cap table management if you tokenize your asset. However, the Beacon plan provides a direct connection to a broker-dealer who assists with fundraising and ensures SEC compliance.
